Oxford graduate, 27, killed herself during mental health crisis after nurse put her in a taxi alone to go to assessment centre

Georgina Hodson, 27, took her life last April a day after she had been rushed to St Thomas' Hospital in South London, where she was seen by psychiatric nurse Ifeoma Onuorah.
