Company Boss Gifts iPhones to All Women Employees

Hasina Nishad, Managing Director (MD) of an institution in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), surprised her female employees by presenting each of them with a brand new iPhone. Receiving such expensive gifts unexpectedly, the employees were overwhelmed with joy. Some expressed excitement, while others, unable to hold back their emotions, broke into tears. The scene of a cleaner breaking down in tears, in particular, has sparked extensive discussion on social media.

According to a report by the Indian news outlet NDTV, Kerala-born Hasina Nishad currently serves as the Managing Director of a UAE-based company. She recently organized this special gift event for her female employees.

In the video that has gone viral on social media, female employees are seen gathered in a conference room. They had no prior knowledge of what awaited them. As they sat down, they noticed wrapped boxes placed under their chairs. Upon opening the boxes, brand new iPhones were revealed. Instantly, the entire room erupted in joy and excitement.

However, the most emotional moment of the event revolved around a cleaner. The video shows the woman serving juice to Hasina Nishad when she was also presented with an iPhone. Receiving such an unexpected gift, she couldn’t control her emotions. She embraced Hasina and burst into tears.

Sharing the video on Instagram, Hasina Nishad wrote that every woman has her own dreams, responsibilities, and various challenges. Her expectation is for the female employees of her company to become more confident and advance towards fulfilling their dreams.

Hasina further stated that there is nothing more joyful than seeing another woman progress and succeed. The success of one woman also inspires other women to move forward.

This, however, is not the first time employees have received expensive gifts. According to the NDTV report, another video published on September 24 showed a similar event where Hasina Nishad’s husband and the company owner, Nishad Hossain, handed wrapped gift boxes to employees. Those boxes also contained new iPhones.

Both videos have garnered significant attention on social media. Many are particularly praising Hasina Nishad for giving equal importance to the company’s cleaner, saying that this gesture highlights giving respect and recognition to employees as human beings, rather than based on their position.
